Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments domestically and internationally ensuring documentation and permits are in place.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documents.
• Assist in preparing logistics reports and provide regular updates to the team.
