You will plan and oversee the flow of goods, manage fleet and disposal activities, and ensure compliance with PFMA and Treasury regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance related qualification.
• Relevant 3 years’ experience in a Logistics Management related environment.
• Experience in the Administration of Asset Disposal.
• Experience in procurement/ supply chain management within SoEs will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft needs assessment plan and conduct market analysis.
• Assess quotations for value for money and procurement decisions.
• Ensure PFMA and Treasury rules are followed in acquisitions.
• Identify optimal suppliers and service providers.
• Implement logistics management processes and procedures.
• Assist in vehicle procurement and maintenance records.
• Manage asset disposal processes and reconciliation reporting.
• Support regulation and management reporting.
