HotelJobs is seeking a Lodge Manager to oversee daily lodge/villa operations in the Eastern Cape game reserve. You will drive guest satisfaction, lead a diverse team and uphold 5-star standards across all areas including F&B.

The role includes managing staff, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining high-quality guest experiences in a remote safari setting.

Position Highlights

• Role: Lodge Manager

• Salary: R24,000 pm (Negotiable) + Food Allowance
• Benefits: Provident Fund & Medical Aid contribution, 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle.

Requirements
