Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring all departments function efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain luxury service standards and consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team, fostering a positive working environment.
• Monitor staff performance, training and development to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Manage guest relations and handle queries, requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Work closely with departmental heads to ensure smooth communication and coordination across all areas of the lodge.
• Assist with stock control, budgeting, cost management and general financial administration.
• Ensure all lodge facilities, rooms and public areas are maintained to an exceptional standard.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene procedures throughout the property.
• Build strong relationships with guests and ensure personalised, memorable experiences.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining lodge policies and procedures.
• Support the overall management team in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
