Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist throughout their stay.
• Manage front-desk tasks and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Handle reservations, updates, confirmations and related correspondence.
• Keep reservation records accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate clearly with guests in English and Afrikaans, verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate front-desk and reservation duties to support daily operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and contribute to a positive experience.
• Apply basic marketing/sales knowledge to support occupancy targets.
• Maintain professional appearance and calm, helpful manner.
