Bushwise is seeking a versatile Front of House / Reservations Manager / PA for a luxury lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. This live-in role combines guest relations, reservations using Nightsbridge, and high-level administrative duties to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lodge/boutique hotel front-of-house roles.
• Proficiency with NightsBridge booking system.
• Strong financial literacy including invoicing and payments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end reservations and guest communications.
• Manage check-in/out, guest welcome, and excursions coordination.
• Coordinate operations between housekeeping, restaurant and maintenance.
