Job summary

Bidvest Tank Terminals Richards Bay is seeking a Liquid Plant Supervisor in the Operations Department. The role focuses on safely planning, controlling and managing liquid plant activities to achieve optimal performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, enforce safety procedures, coordinate with maintenance and logistics, and monitor KPIs to improve throughput while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Accurate work with minimal supervision.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and adaptability to change.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• Familiarity with BTT emergency procedures.
