Job summary

Ramsay Engineering is seeking personnel to produce units to the defined output rate and to accurately record data on the data capture sheet in real time. You will ensure timely delivery and replenishment of parts to the production line, prevent shortages, and contribute to overall team productivity.

Responsibilities include clear communication of delays, supporting kaizen initiatives, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring a safe, clean workstation. Shift-based work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to employees from designated groups under Employment Equity Act and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Produce units to the defined output rate and record data on the data capture sheet timeously.
• Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of parts, consumables, and packaging to the production line.
• Prevent material shortages that could cause line stoppages.
• Contribute to team productivity and communicate delays or issues in real time.
