Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 – essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet planning and control within the transport industry.
• Proven experience in fleet or transport operations.
• Experience planning and managing line-haul schedules and routes.
• Experience monitoring vehicle movements, schedules and fleet performance.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing and breakdown coordination.
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and safety requirements.
• Experience monitoring fleet utilisation and fuel efficiency.
• Experience managing drivers and operational support staff.
• Ability to manage service delays and operational issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
