Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for the Joint Replacement / Arthroplasty portfolio in the Limpopo region. You will act as a trusted advisor to surgeons and hospital leaders, combining clinical knowledge with advanced consultative sales skills to build lasting relationships and secure new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in orthopedic portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently and close business.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo and understanding of public/private sectors.
• Fluent English with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan for Limpopo with SMART objectives.
• Grow revenue by winning opportunities and expanding key accounts in public/private sectors.
• Build value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and leadership.
• Provide in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Apply consultative selling to align solutions with customer needs and drivers.
• Support pricing, financing, and tender processes with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
