PPS Recruitment is seeking a Support Assistant in the financial services sector to produce precise, routine-focused work within SLAs. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to standards, and patient, methodical output while supporting Business Consultants and intermediaries.

The ideal candidate has Matric, 2+ years in admin within financial services, and strong MS Office skills; you will handle queries, process applications, and maintain service levels with care and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 2+ years experience in financial services admin.
• Basic knowledge of life assurance/financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Upload and follow up on queries: premiums, beneficiaries, debit orders, letters of authority, broker changes, amendments, DOC, changes, claims.
• Check and capture applications within 4 hours of receipt with 95% accuracy.
• Perform daily routine administrative tasks and support service objectives.
• Monitor incomplete and service requests and communicate outstanding applications.
• Provide quotations and statements of benefits to intermediaries.
• Assist in organizing broker workshops.
