Job summary

PPS Investments, part of the PPS Group, seeks a Client Service Consultant to handle incoming client queries across channels and ensure high-quality service within the financial services space in Cape Town. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in financial services, knowledge of FICA/FAIS and FATCA, and experience in client services or contact centres.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in financial services, investments/LISP/Asset management
• Knowledge of FICA/FAIS, FATCA requirements, and TCF outcomes
• Experience in client services / contact centre environments

Responsibilities

• Provide client services to Clients/Intermediaries/PPS Insurance distribution channels.
• Handle all client queries and/or complaints via telephonic/written/social channels and resolve issues.
• Apply technical knowledge to secure end-to-end finalization of client requests.
• Work across organizational boundaries to obtain information and clarify instructions to improve client experience.
• Evaluate problems regarding service issues and determine importance and urgency.
• Perform investigations to facilitate problem resolution timeously.
• Ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance in client interactions.
• Promote PPS Investments technology offerings.
• Remain updated on legislative and industry changes.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with operations support to provide best client experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of PPS Investments offerings and apply to daily outputs.
