Zusammenfassung

Ekco is seeking an in‑house lawyer to lead a high‑impact project building Ekco’s contract data repository and single source of truth for customer and supplier commitments. You’ll design data models, oversee AI‑assisted reviews, and surface key terms such as renewal dates, liability caps and data privacy obligations.

You will evolve into a generalist role covering employment matters, international expansion and M&A support while working with colleagues across Europe during European business hours.

Qualifikationen

• LLB or equivalent law degree required.
• Roughly 2–6 years of relevant legal experience in private practice, in‑house, or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with commercial contracts including drafting, negotiating, reviewing or abstracting.

Aufgaben

• Design the contract data model and bring the portfolio into a repository.
• Use AI‑assisted review to surface key commitments (renewals, notices, liability caps).
• Develop data mapping and records of processing activities; design AI‑enabled legal workflows.
• Support generalist in‑house contracting, employment matters, international expansion and corporate work.
