Placements24 seeks a highly accomplished Legal Counsel with extensive M&A experience to lead structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions. This fully remote role supports collaboration across strategy teams and contributes to growth objectives in the Eastern Cape region and beyond.

The successful candidate will advise on corporate finance matters, manage due diligence, and coordinate with external counsel and financial advisors in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Admitted Attorney with at least 8 years of M&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and structuring.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end M&A, including cross-border deals.
• Experience coordinating with remote stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Legal Counsel with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their strategic legal team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fully remote setting and possesses a deep understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring. You will play a lead role in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A deals, providing critical legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
