About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Legal Counsel specializing in Litigation to join their fully remote legal team. This position is integral to managing and resolving disputes, claims, and litigation matters efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for developing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and representing the company's interests in various legal proceedings. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who excels in a virtual environment, can manage a demanding caseload independently, and is committed to achieving favorable outcomes while minimizing legal and financial risks for the organization. Key Responsibilities
