The role entails managing all aspects of the litigation portfolio, from initial case assessment through to resolution, including developing strategies and external counsel management.

The ideal candidate has extensive civil litigation experience, strong analytical and advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of South African procedures.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience focused on litigation.
• Proven track record in managing complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• In-depth knowledge of South African litigation procedures and evidence law.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and advocacy skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a significant caseload.

Responsibilities
