• Manage resources and consult with Information Centre.
• Update LMS and provide feedback to students.
• Assessments preparation and identification of at-risk students.
• Monitor engagement and deadlines; escalate when needed.
• Participate in academic meetings across faculties.
• Analyse student results to identify at-risk modules.
• Support monitoring of at-risk students in assigned modules.
• Complete academic professional development interventions yearly.
