Qualifications

• Master’s degree at NQF level 9 in a relevant field.
• Lecturing/tutoring experience in EA, IT, or related areas.
• 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring.
• 1–3 years industry experience in area of specialization.
• One NQF level higher than the qualification taught.
• Copy of academic transcript.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students per module requirements.
• Manage resources and consult with the Information Centre.
• Update learning management system and provide feedback to students.
• Engage and prepare students for assessments and identify at-risk students.
• Monitor student engagement and assessment submissions.
• Attend academic meetings across faculties.
• Reflect on and analyse student module results.
• Support monitoring of at-risk students in assigned modules.
• Complete professional development interventions annually.
