Job summary

Clientele Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Onboarding Specialist to train staff on products, systems, quality and soft skills, preparing them for their roles. The role uses outcomes-based education and coaching to assess impact.

You will plan monthly onboarding sessions, update training materials, conduct assessments, record evidence, and report learning outcomes to management while fostering strong cross‑department relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 year degree/diploma in HR, Psychology or ODETDP Diploma (NQF Level 6).
• Experience facilitating product, systems, soft skills, coaching and call centre training.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Any e-learning qualification (Articulate 360, Moodle) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AI implementation in learning space would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting of monthly onboarding interventions.
• Assisting with updating of training materials and slideshows.
• Planning and conducting assessment of learning outcomes.
• Recording evidence and reporting on assessments.
• Drawing up progress reports for learners where applicable.
• Facilitating post onboarding on-the-job training.
• Sending out emails and other forms of communication when necessary.
• Monthly training statistics reporting for Management Report.
• Monitoring training quality.
• Recordkeeping of all training facilitated.
• Updating knowledge about new developments within the L&D industry.
• Acting as business partner to departments and building relationships.

This position is for a Learning & Development Specialist who has experience in the training & coaching of staff on products, systems, quality & soft skills to prepare them optimally for their job functions. The successful candidate must be familiar with OBE techniques, coaching techniques and the overall assessment of the impact of training conducted.

Experience and Qualifications

• A completed 2-3 year degree/diploma in HR, Psychology or ODETDP Diploma is a MUST (Minimum 2 year qualification at NQF Level 6)

• Intermediate to Advanced Computer literacy (Word Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
