Job summary

The Academic Institute of Excellence (AIE) is seeking a Learning Designer to transform academic content into engaging digital learning experiences across online, blended, and hybrid formats. You will collaborate with SMEs and academic leaders to ensure alignment with programme outcomes and quality standards.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and editing learner materials, managing LMS content, and applying innovative learning technologies to improve student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing engaging digital learning content.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and clarity.
• Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and digital learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, edit, and manage digital learning content aligned with institutional objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Heads of School, and academic stakeholders to convert content for online, blended, and hybrid delivery.
• Upload and maintain content in LMS, manage versions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support content operations through ad hoc projects and course updates.
