Dotsure is seeking a Junior Learning and Development Content Technician to join the Learning & Development team on-site in George, Western Cape. You will contribute to turning learning ideas, policies and knowledge into clear, engaging content and support the creation of learning materials for our people.

As you work closely with subject matter experts, you will gain hands-on experience with e-learning, multimedia, AI tools and LMS content, building toward a confident instructional designer role

We’re looking for a Junior Learning and Development Content Technician to join our Learning & Development team at Dotsure.

This is a great opportunity to build your career in instructional design while getting hands‑on experience with digital learning, multimedia, AI tools and content development.

You won’t just be formatting slides or updating documents. You’ll help turn ideas, policies, procedures and expert knowledge into learning that is clear, engaging and genuinely useful.

About The Role

You’ll work closely with our Learning & Development team and subject matter experts to create and maintain learning content for our people.

Your day could include helping to build an e‑learning module, turning a complicated process into a simple job aid, creating a short video or presentation, updating content on our LMS, or experimenting with AI to make content creation smarter and more efficient.

You’ll Get Exposure To

• E-learning and microlearning content
• Learner guides, workbooks and assessments
• Presentations, simple videos, graphics and multimedia
• Instructional design and adult learning principles
• AI‑assisted content creation using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude
• Learning Management Systems and digital content libraries
• Webinars, virtual learning sessions and learning events
• Content quality assurance, proofreading and version control
• Working with stakeholders to gather information and feedback
• Most importantly, you’ll be learning as you go and building the skills to grow into a confident Instructional Designer.
