Job summary

Dante Personnel seeks a Factory Supervisor / Foreman for a high-volume manufacturing site. You will lead production lines, monitor process control, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and efficiency targets.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and a proven lean manufacturing track record. Qualifications include Grade 12 and at least five years' supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Factory Supervisor / Foreman in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, process control, production planning, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with equipment set-up, machine operation, changeover processes, and measuring equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to analyse production data and identify process improvements.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of manufacturing machinery.
