• Strong QA/QC, reliability, and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workshop activities with safe, compliant maintenance.
• Mentor mechanics and staff to foster accountability.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Provide reporting on equipment performance and risks.
