Placements24 is seeking a Senior Water Sports Instructor & Centre Supervisor for our premier water sports and adventure centre in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead a team of instructors and oversee daily operations, delivering high-quality instruction across kayaking, paddleboarding, and surfing to guests of all skill levels.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive water sports experience, a commitment to safety, and a passion for sharing knowledge.

Competenze

• Advanced certifications in multiple water sports (ISA/RYA/SAMSA).
• 5+ years as a water sports instructor, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of water safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage a team of water sports instructors.
• Deliver expert instruction in kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, and surfing.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct equipment checks.
