Placements24 is seeking a Senior Water Sports Instructor & Coach to lead online training across surfing, sailing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. This remote role focuses on developing engaging courses and delivering personalized coaching to a global learner base.

You will create digital content, assess progress, and collaborate with a global team to expand access to water sports education. Strong certifications and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a certified instructor in at least two water sports.
• Recognized certifications (e.g., ISA, RYA, ACA) are essential.
• Proven ability to develop engaging online training content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver online courses for multiple water sports.
• Provide one-on-one and group remote coaching sessions.
• Create video tutorials, webinars, and digital resources.
• Assess learner progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage LMS and digital platforms to deliver content and support learners.
