Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Veterinarian stationed in Robertville to manage a team delivering high-quality dog operation support and care. You will promote animal health, support deployments, ensure compliance and maintain supplies of food and veterinary services.

You will report to the Regional Executive and lead multiple subordinates, driving service quality and adherence to SOPs in a security-focused animal care context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary science (BVSC) or equivalent.
• Registration with SA Veterinary Council (SAVC).
• Strong diagnostic, surgical and medical skills.
• Experience with dogs and kennels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat dogs.
• Manage the administration of vaccinations and preventive care.
• Oversee daily care of dogs, kennels and kennels maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary legislation and standards.
• Lead and develop dog handlers and support staff.
