Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to guide product design efforts for a fully remote role. You will define the user experience vision across digital products, lead a team, and ensure user-centered solutions that resonate with stakeholders.

Collaborate with product management and engineering, mentor designers, build design systems, and drive research-driven design. A strong portfolio and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in user-centered design and leading design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in building and managing design systems.
• Excellent understanding of user research methodologies and how to apply them.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
