Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape digital product experiences in a remote-first environment. You will lead design initiatives, conduct user research, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.

You will develop and maintain design systems, collaborate closely with product managers and developers, and advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. A strong portfolio and WCAG awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in user research, wireframes, prototyping and visual design.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility and responsive design.

Responsibilities
