About the Role

You will be responsible for defining the user journey, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. This leadership role involves guiding a team of designers, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, and advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Your expertise will directly influence the usability and appeal of our digital offerings, driving user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
