Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead user interface and user experience across Kimberley projects. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio of UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability and IA.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive UI/UX across projects.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and market analysis to inform design decisions.

About the Role

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and artists to craft seamless and enjoyable user journeys across all our products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
