• 10+ years post-graduate experience in architectural practice with urban design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp; strong visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of major urban planning and architectural projects.
• Develop master plans, detailed site designs, and public realm strategies that align with urban design principles and client objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, urban planners, and other consultants to ensure integrated and holistic design solutions.
• Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and regulatory reviews for proposed developments.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, government bodies, and public forums.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and urban design guidelines.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team.
