Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams and managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and visual design principles.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in the creative and digital sector, particularly in product design, is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus.
