Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a toddler classroom (18 months - 3 years), ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

• Establish and maintain consistent daily routines, including feeding, naps, and hygiene.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and maintain detailed observation records.
