Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of toddler development, including cognitive, social-emotional, and physical milestones.
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the well-being of young children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Patience, warmth, and a nurturing approach to childcare.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
