Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of telecoms engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Design and architect complex telecoms network solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of new network technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in telecoms engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or architect role.
• Deep understanding of core network technologies, including routing, switching, signaling, and transmission.
• Proven experience in leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with 5G or other advanced mobile technologies is highly desirable.
