Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications systems design and architecture.
• Experience with 4G/5G, VoIP, IMS, and SDN.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for all telecommunications systems.
• Lead the design and evolution of core network elements, including voice, data, and mobile infrastructure.
• Evaluate and select new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure network architecture complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and senior engineers within the team.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and their application in telecommunications.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and budget oversight is beneficial.
