Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors in Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 8+ years in telecom network design, engineering, and operations.
• Expertise in IP networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Knowledge of current telecom standards and emerging tech.
• Experience with network simulation/modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement telecom network solutions including voice, data, and video services.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of new network technologies and equipment.
• Analyze network performance and develop enhancement strategies.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally for project delivery.
