The role requires 8+ years in technical direction, strong expertise in stage operations, rigging, and studio automation, plus leadership and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in technical direction within Arts & Entertainment.
• Proven expertise in managing stage operations, lighting, sound, and AV systems.
• Strong knowledge of rigging, scenic construction, and stage automation.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.
• Relevant degree or certification in Technical Theatre, Engineering, or a related discipline.
