Job summary

Smart4 Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial solar PV projects across South Africa. You will manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and clients for safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in solar.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solar PV projects from planning to handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of commercial and industrial solar projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams and subcontractors.
• Manage health, safety and quality on site, ensuring OHSA compliance.
• Provide regular project reporting, updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project milestones, budgets and risk mitigation to successful completion.
