Job summary

Together Staffing group client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Project Manager to drive utility-scale Solar PV projects across South Africa. You will provide owner-side leadership, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with contractual, regulatory and commercial requirements.

The role involves leading multiple projects from inception to handover, managing governance, budgets and schedules while coordinating engineering, procurement, finance and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Leading multiple large-scale Solar PV projects.
• Strong governance and project controls experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple Solar PV projects from transaction support through construction and project handover.
• Manage project governance, reporting frameworks and portfolio performance.
• Support budgeting, scheduling and early works planning.
• Oversee construction activities, contractor performance and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Manage project risks, change control and stakeholder communications.
• Review project milestones and contractual deliverables.
