Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Solar Energy Installation Manager to oversee and execute PV projects in the Soweto region. You will lead on-site installation teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct installation crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and company standards.
• Develop project schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate project progression in Soweto.
