Placements24 is seeking a proactive Solar PV Installation Supervisor in Durban to oversee the deployment of photovoltaic systems. You will lead a team of installers, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications and regulations, while remaining hands-on at sites to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities include supervising residential and commercial installations, conducting pre-install assessments, mentoring staff, tracking progress, and commissioning systems to ensure client

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in solar PV installations.
• Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, inverters, mounting hardware, and electrical wiring.
• Familiarity with South African National Standards (SANS) and electrical regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Durban region.

This role is crucial for expanding the company's presence in the KwaZulu-Natal solar market. As a supervisor based in Durban, you will be hands-on, directing site activities and troubleshooting any challenges that arise, playing a key role in delivering reliable solar solutions to our clients.
