Qualifications

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in protecting the organization against sophisticated cyber threats, ensuring the resilience of systems, and driving innovation in security technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement advanced security solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and enforce security engineering best practices, standards, and guidelines.
• Oversee the deployment and management of security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct threat modeling and security reviews for new applications and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in security engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for security tasks (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence, cryptography and secure coding practices.
