Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation operations in Richards Bay. You will lead a team of sanitation technicians, develop daily to monthly sanitation plans, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in a demanding industrial environment.

You will train and schedule staff, supervise equipment maintenance, manage chemical inventories, and enforce company sanitation policies. Flexibility for weekends is required as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sanitation or cleaning supervision.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations.

About the Role

This senior role is responsible for managing a team of sanitation workers, ensuring the efficient execution of cleaning programs, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
