Placements24 is seeking a Lead Sanitation Specialist in Midrand to oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations across our facilities. You will lead a diverse team, develop and enforce protocols, and ensure strict safety and hygiene standards to protect employees, visitors, and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain clean, compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in cleaning/sanitation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety procedures (COSHH, HACCP).
• Proven ability to develop and implement cleaning programs in commercial/industrial settings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks.
