This senior role is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of all sanitation and hygiene systems within their portfolio. The successful candidate will leverage engineering principles and advanced cleaning technologies to ensure optimal facility cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. This hybrid role requires strategic planning and oversight, with a blend of remote work and on-site assessments in the Sandton area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive sanitation strategies and programs for high-rise buildings.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of sanitation equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of sanitation technicians and supervisors.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of building sanitation performance.
• Manage budgets for sanitation operations, including supplies, equipment, and staffing.

Requirements
