You will lead a team, develop programs, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage budgets, and stay ahead of best practices in sanitation engineering, with a hybrid work model in the Sandton area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in facilities management, engineering, or sanitation operations.
• Proven sanitation program development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and hygiene.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Hybrid work: remote/on-site in Sandton area.

Responsibilities

• Develop sanitation strategies for high-rise buildings.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of sanitation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of sanitation technicians and supervisors.
