Job summary

IndSAfri seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role requires hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

You will lead a team of Salesforce developers, develop Apex, LWC, and integrations (REST/SOAP), and ensure compliant, scalable deployments across banking systems. Experience in regulated financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technologies, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Aura, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and hands-on development of Salesforce applications for banking needs.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews.
