Placements24 is seeking a Residential Cleaning Team Leader in East London, Eastern Cape to guide a team of cleaners servicing local residences. This hands-on role emphasizes quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will develop schedules, monitor performance, perform quality checks, and communicate with clients to address concerns while maintaining pristine homes. A valid driver’s license is preferred to coordinate services across locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of residential cleaning staff.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly cleaning schedules for the team.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of completed work.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for the team, ensuring adequate stock and proper use.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and best practices among team members.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Report on team performance, client feedback, and supply needs to management.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to ensure service delivery continuity.
