Placements24 is seeking a Janitorial Services Team Supervisor for East London, Eastern Cape. The role oversees on-site cleaning teams, ensuring impeccable standards, safety, and timely service across client sites.

You will train staff, conduct quality checks, and manage schedules and inventory, with opportunities for remote management of planning and reporting. The position supports evenings and weekend shifts in a dynamic retail/hospitality environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or cleaning services industry.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and basic inventory remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel to client locations around East London.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and motivate janitorial teams to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
• Conduct regular inspections of client sites to monitor cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
